Bu metin, informatiqs.com adresinde yayımlanan platformda ("Platform") kullanılan çerezler ve benzeri teknolojiler aracılığıyla işlenen kişisel verilere ilişkin olarak 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu ("Kanun") kapsamında bilgilendirme yapmak amacıyla hazırlanmıştır. Çerezlerin sınıflandırılmasında Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurumu tarafından yayımlanan Çerez Uygulamaları Hakkında Rehber esas alınmıştır.

1.Çerez Nedir?

Çerez, bir internet sitesini ziyaret ettiğinizde cihazınıza yerleştirilen küçük metin dosyasıdır. Bu metinde çerez ifadesi, yerel depolama (localStorage) gibi benzer işlev gören diğer teknolojileri de kapsayacak şekilde kullanılmaktadır.

Çerezler üç eksende sınıflandırılır:

Süre bakımından: oturum çerezleri (tarayıcı kapatıldığında silinir) ve kalıcı çerezler
Taraf bakımından: birinci taraf çerezler (Platform tarafından yerleştirilen) ve üçüncü taraf çerezler (başka bir kuruluş tarafından yerleştirilen)
Amaç bakımından: zorunlu, işlevsel, analitik ve reklam/pazarlama çerezleri

Rehber uyarınca, yalnızca hizmetin sunulabilmesi için kesinlikle gerekli olan çerezler açık rıza aranmaksızın kullanılabilir. Bunun dışındaki çerezler için açık rıza gerekir.

Platform'da reklam, pazarlama, profilleme veya yeniden hedefleme (remarketing) amaçlı çerez kullanılmamaktadır.

3.Analitik Ölçüm Hakkında Ayrıntılı Bilgi

Platform'da Google LLC tarafından sunulan Google Analytics 4 hizmeti kullanılmaktadır. Ölçüm, Consent Mode v2 yapılandırmasıyla varsayılan olarak kapalı durumdadır. Çerez bildiriminde onay vermediğiniz sürece analitik çerez yerleştirilmez ve Google'a herhangi bir ölçüm verisi gönderilmez.

Onay vermeniz halinde aşağıdaki veriler işlenir:

Kullanım olayları: sayfa görüntülemeleri, oturum başlangıcı, ilk ziyaret işareti, sayfada geçirilen etkileşim süresi, sayfa kaydırma derinliği, Platform dışına giden bağlantılara yapılan tıklamalar ve dosya indirme işlemleri.

Cihaz ve teknik bilgiler: tarayıcı türü ve sürümü, işletim sistemi ve sürümü, cihaz kategorisi (mobil, masaüstü, tablet) ile marka ve model bilgisi, ekran çözünürlüğü, tarayıcı dili.

Konum: ülke, bölge ve şehir düzeyinde konum bilgisi. Bu bilgi IP adresinden türetilir. Google, Analytics kapsamında ham IP adresini kaydetmemektedir; ancak konumun türetilebilmesi için IP adresi dolaylı olarak işlenmektedir.

Trafik kaynağı: Platform'a hangi siteden yönlendirildiğiniz ve varsa kampanya parametreleri.

Tanımlayıcı: _ga çerezinde tutulan tarayıcı tanımlayıcısı (client_id). Bu tanımlayıcı kişiyi değil tarayıcıyı işaret eder, ancak takma adlı bir çevrimiçi tanımlayıcı olduğundan kişisel veri niteliğindedir ve anonim değildir.

Aşağıdakiler işlenmemektedir:

Reklam ve yeniden hedefleme verileri (ilgili sinyaller kapalı tutulmaktadır)
Google Signals ve buna bağlı demografi ile ilgi alanı raporlaması (etkinleştirilmemiştir)
Cihazlar arası kullanıcı takibi (Platform, giriş yapmış üyeyi analitik ölçüme bağlayan bir kullanıcı kimliği göndermemektedir)
Ham IP adresinin saklanması

Analitik ölçüme ilişkin veriler Google LLC'ye, yani yurt dışına aktarılmaktadır. Aktarılan veri kategorileri ve alıcıya ilişkin bilgi için Aydınlatma Metni'nin aktarım ve yurt dışına aktarım bölümlerine bakınız.

4.Hukuki Sebepler

Zorunlu ve işlevsel çerezler aracılığıyla işlenen kişisel verileriniz, Kanun'un 5. maddesinin ikinci fıkrasının (c) bendi (sözleşmenin kurulması veya ifasıyla doğrudan doğruya ilgili olması) ve (f) bendi (veri sorumlusunun meşru menfaatleri) kapsamında işlenmektedir.

Analitik çerezler aracılığıyla işlenen kişisel verileriniz, Kanun'un 5. maddesinin birinci fıkrası kapsamında açık rızanıza dayanılarak işlenmektedir.

5.Onayınızı Yönetme ve Geri Çekme

Çerez tercihinizi istediğiniz zaman değiştirebilirsiniz. Platform'un her sayfasının alt bilgi bölümünde yer alan "Çerez tercihlerini değiştir" bağlantısına tıklayarak çerez bildirimini yeniden açabilir, onayınızı verebilir veya geri çekebilirsiniz.

Onayınızı geri çektiğinizde analitik ölçüm derhal durur ve Google'a veri gönderilmez. Daha önce yerleştirilmiş _ga çerezlerini tarayıcınızın ayarlarından silebilirsiniz.

Ayrıca tarayıcınızın ayarlarından çerezleri tümüyle veya kısmen engelleyebilirsiniz. Zorunlu çerezleri engellemeniz halinde Platform'a giriş yapamayabilir veya bazı bölümlerini kullanamayabilirsiniz.

6.Haklarınız ve Başvuru

Kanun'un 11. maddesinde sayılan haklarınıza ve bu haklara ilişkin başvuru usulüne dair bilgi Aydınlatma Metni'nin ilgili bölümlerinde yer almaktadır.

7.Değişiklikler

Bu metin, Platform'da kullanılan çerezlerde değişiklik olması halinde güncellenir. Esaslı değişikliklerde Platform üzerinden bildirim yapılır.

This notice is prepared to inform you, under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (the "Law"), about the personal data processed through cookies and similar technologies used on the platform published at informatiqs.com (the "Platform"). The classification of cookies is based on the Guide on Cookie Practices published by the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority.

1.What Is a Cookie?

A cookie is a small text file placed on your device when you visit a website. In this text, the term cookie is used to also cover other technologies with a similar function, such as local storage (localStorage).

Cookies are classified along three axes:

By duration: session cookies (deleted when the browser is closed) and persistent cookies
By party: first-party cookies (placed by the Platform) and third-party cookies (placed by another organisation)
By purpose: strictly necessary, functional, analytics and advertising/marketing cookies

Under the Guide, only cookies that are strictly necessary to provide the service may be used without explicit consent. Other cookies require explicit consent.

No cookies are used on the Platform for advertising, marketing, profiling or remarketing purposes.

3.Detailed Information About Analytics Measurement

The Platform uses the Google Analytics 4 service provided by Google LLC. Measurement is off by default via the Consent Mode v2 configuration. As long as you do not consent in the cookie notice, no analytics cookie is placed and no measurement data is sent to Google.

If you consent, the following data is processed:

Usage events: page views, session start, first-visit flag, engagement time on the page, page-scroll depth, clicks on links leaving the Platform, and file downloads.

Device and technical information: browser type and version, operating system and version, device category (mobile, desktop, tablet) with brand and model, screen resolution, browser language.

Location: country-, region- and city-level location. This is derived from the IP address. Google does not store the raw IP address within Analytics; however, the IP address is indirectly processed so that location can be derived.

Traffic source: which site referred you to the Platform and campaign parameters, if any.

Identifier: the browser identifier (client_id) held in the _ga cookie. This identifier points to the browser, not the person, but because it is a pseudonymous online identifier it qualifies as personal data and is not anonymous.

The following are not processed:

Advertising and remarketing data (the relevant signals are kept off)
Google Signals and the related demographics and interest reporting (not enabled)
Cross-device user tracking (the Platform does not send a user identifier linking a signed-in member to analytics measurement)
Storage of the raw IP address

The analytics data is transferred to Google LLC, i.e. abroad. For the categories of data transferred and information about the recipient, see the transfer and transfer-abroad sections of the Privacy Notice.

4.Legal Grounds

Personal data processed through strictly necessary and functional cookies is processed under article 5/2(c) of the Law (directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract) and article 5/2(f) (the controller's legitimate interests).

Personal data processed through analytics cookies is processed on the basis of your explicit consent under article 5/1 of the Law.

5.Managing and Withdrawing Your Consent

You can change your cookie preference at any time. By clicking the "Change cookie preferences" link in the footer of every page of the Platform, you can reopen the cookie notice and give or withdraw your consent.

When you withdraw your consent, analytics measurement stops immediately and no data is sent to Google. You can delete previously placed _ga cookies from your browser settings.

You can also block cookies wholly or partly from your browser settings. If you block strictly necessary cookies, you may not be able to sign in to the Platform or use some of its sections.

6.Your Rights and Applications

Information about your rights listed in article 11 of the Law and the application procedure for them is provided in the relevant sections of the Privacy Notice.

7.Changes

This text is updated if the cookies used on the Platform change. Material changes are notified via the Platform.
